Sixty and a Half Bailgate Cottage, Lincoln

Location and amenities

The Bailgate Cottage is situated on Bailgate, the famous cobbled streets of Lincoln with the beautiful Cathedral Quarter’s a two minute walk away; perfect for an afternoon stroll.

The cottage has fully functioning central heating for cosy nights in the winter, a fully fitted kitchen with cooker. dining seats, fridge freezer, toaster and kettle for when you star in your own Master Chef or Come Dine With Me. There’s a sitting room that seats up to four people, but if the weather is being kind to you, there is also a private garden/courtyard that has an outside seating area. There are two double beds and towels will be provided for you as well as linen. The shower room consists of a sink and there is a separate toilet cubicle. Of course not to forget the all important TV, this does only come with one remote control so please share nicely!

House rules

Unfortunately, no pets or smoking is allowed in the cottage. Check in is between 2pm and 3pm, we ask that you call when you are 30 minutes away from the cottage so we can head there to greet you. check out is at 10.30am, and there will be a £100 deposit for damage or no return of the front door key. If you find that you are unable to come to the cottage for your stay then there will be no charge for cancelling so long as it’s up to 14 days before.

Kindly note that this property cannot accommodate stag, hen and/or similar types of parties, it’s old walls wouldn’t be able to cope! The cottage is within a residential area in the cathedral quarters and is only suitable for families and couples/friends looking for a quite break away. Also please be aware that we ask guests to remain considerate for those around them, in regards to noise levels.

Lastly, we do reserve the right to ask guests to leave the property in the event of unreasonable behaviour.
